The Work

Collision repair, done right.

Crumpled bumpers, creased quarter panels, bent structure, peeling clear coat — our Menomonee Falls auto body shop takes on most kinds of collision repair, on most makes and models, cars and trucks.

Front & Rear Collision Repair

Bumper covers, hoods, grilles, radiator supports, trunks and quarter panels — repaired or replaced, re-aligned and refinished.

Structural & Unibody Repair

Heavier impact damage is measured and worked toward factory specification before new panels go on.

Dent, Panel & PDR

Creased doors, dinged fenders, hail and door dings. Paintless dent repair may be an option where the paint is intact — conventional body repair where it isn't.

Auto Painting & Refinishing

Mixed to your vehicle's factory paint code and blended into the neighbouring panels, then cleared and polished for as close a match as we can get.

Insurance Claim Repairs

We work with most insurance companies. Estimate, photos, supplements and billing can go direct to your carrier — bring us the claim number and we'll take it from there.

Tesla & EV Collision Repair

We're Tesla certified. Teslas and other EVs are repaired following the manufacturer's procedures, with the high-voltage system treated accordingly.

Good To Know

Worth asking about on your collision repair.

What applies depends on the repair, the vehicle and your claim. Raise these when you come in for your estimate and we'll tell you where you stand.

Free written estimate

Bring the vehicle in and we'll write it up at no charge. There's no obligation to leave the car with us.

Financing & payment plans

Not going through insurance, or covering a deductible? Financing and payment plans may be available, subject to approval.

Warranty on the work

We stand behind our workmanship. Coverage varies by the type of repair and the parts used, so ask us for the terms that apply to yours.

Help with your claim

In most cases we can talk to the adjuster, submit supplements and bill your carrier direct, so chasing the claim isn't left to you.

Damage We Repair

Every angle of a collision.

A crash rarely damages one thing. A front-end hit can push the radiator support back and knock the structure out of square. A side impact can bind a door that still looks fine from ten feet away. We look over the whole vehicle before we quote it, so the estimate reflects what we can actually see — and we'll tell you if more turns up once the panels come off.

What customers say.

★★★★★

Got rear-ended on Silver Spring and had no idea where to start with the claim. I gave them the claim number and honestly didn't have to call the adjuster once — they found extra damage under the bumper, sent it in themselves and it got approved. Paint on my Equinox matches perfectly, you cannot tell where the repair ends. Caitlin kept me updated the whole time.

Hit a deer on County Q and took out the whole passenger front corner. Dropped it here on a Monday, got a straight answer on what it would take, and it came back looking better than it did before the deer found it. They didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. Three weeks later and the hood lines are still dead straight. Good people to deal with.

Someone backed into my door in a parking lot and took off, so this was all out of pocket for me. They gave me a real estimate up front, walked me through the payment options, and the price didn't move at pickup. Door closes properly again and the blue matched, which I was worried about. I'd send anyone in the Falls here.

Insurance Claims

It's your car. It's usually your choice of shop.

Your insurer can recommend a body shop, but in most cases you're free to choose where the work is done. Bring us the claim number and we'll go from there.

  • Most carriers welcome. We work with most insurance companies and are familiar with how they write an estimate.
  • We can file the claim. Estimate, photos and supplements submitted and billed direct to your carrier in most cases.
  • We can talk to the adjuster. If hidden damage gets missed, we document it and put in a supplement.
  • Not sure about your deductible? Call us — we can often help you find out what you'll owe at pickup.
  • Not making a claim? Some repairs work out cheaper paid direct. We can quote it either way and let you decide.

FAQs

Common questions.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company picked?

Generally, no. Your insurer can suggest a shop in their network, but in most cases you're free to choose where the work is done. Your policy governs what's covered, so check it or ask your carrier if you're unsure.

Do you handle the insurance claim for me?

In most cases, yes. We work with most insurance companies. Give us the claim number and we can look after the estimate, the photos, the adjuster and any supplements, and bill your carrier direct.

What does an estimate cost?

Nothing. Written estimates are free, an appointment usually isn't needed, and there's no obligation to leave the vehicle with us.

How much is my deductible?

That's set by your policy, not by us. If you weren't at fault and you're a claimant on a third-party claim, there's often no deductible owed. If you're not sure, call us — we can usually help you find out whether it's been waived or whether it's due at pickup.

How long will a collision repair take?

It depends on the damage, parts availability and how quickly your carrier approves the estimate. Many collision repairs land somewhere between one and three weeks, though some take longer. We'll give you a timeline with your estimate and call you if it changes.

Can you repair frame or structural damage?

In many cases, yes. Structural damage is measured and worked back toward factory specification, then re-checked before new panels go on. If we don't think a vehicle can be repaired safely, we'll tell you rather than take the job.

What if the adjuster missed damage?

It happens often — a lot of collision damage isn't visible until the panels come off. We photograph and document what we find and submit a supplement to your carrier. Approval is up to them, and we won't proceed on the extra work until we hear back.

Will the paint actually match?

That's the aim. Paint is mixed to your vehicle's factory colour code and blended into the neighbouring panels rather than stopping at a hard edge. Age, fade and previous repairs can all affect how close a match is achievable, and we'll be straight with you about it up front.

Is the repair warrantied?

We stand behind our workmanship. What's covered, and for how long, depends on the type of repair and the parts used — ask us for the terms that apply to yours before you commit.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Financing and payment plans may be available, subject to approval — useful if you're paying out of pocket or covering a deductible. Ask when you come in for your estimate.

Do you work on Teslas and other EVs?

Yes. We're Tesla certified and work on Teslas and other electric vehicles, following the manufacturer's repair procedures.

Can I get other work done while the car is in the shop?

Often, yes — just tell us up front. We also do mechanical work, auto glass, paintless dent repair and paint protection film, so we can sometimes combine jobs into one visit instead of two.
